A unique service whereby MI 10 HR deploys a team of recruiters to conduct pre-screening activities at the client site or a designated site by the client to filter the multiple applications/walk-ins during a ramp-up or in the start-up phase.

This process helps filter the very basic requirements of a client and reduces the burden of the client by meeting only shortlisted candidates.
